Do product prices include sales tax?

Product prices do not include tax. You will see what the tax charges will be during the checkout process.

When will I be charged each month?

You will be charged at the time of purchase for the first month of your rental term. You will be automatically charged monthly on the same date going forward for your account.

Do you have a monthly minimum?

Our monthly minimum for all orders is $89/month pre-tax.

Is there a fee to add or return an item during my active rental term?

Yes. The fee is $99 each instance of you adding or returning an item. If you are returning an item, there will be an additional account adjustment fee due for each item returned. This fee is 75% of the remaining balance due on each item at the time o

What if I miss a payment?

Why was I charged a second time if I haven't received my delivery yet?

While there is usually a small gap between when you place your order and the date of delivery, your rental term begins on date of delivery. This means that whatever gap there was between your initial payment and delivery there will be an equal gap at
